This is such a cool charm or pendant. Silvertone frame holds a plastic "glass" enclosing tiny shells and starfish. Needs a loop to hang correctly but that is an easy fix. Other wise nice vintage condition. One tiny spec of discoloration. 7/8 inch in diameter.
